Happy Thanksgiving

Hi All, So I have been MIA on my blog and for visiting others and likely will be this way due to our upcoming move. We will have the movers here in 11 days and we fly home in 21 days! So once the computer gets packed up it will be awhile before I get back online.
~
In the meantime please enjoy your Thanksgiving celebrations and have some extra food for me as we are missing the holiday. It's the first time I've ever missed having a Thanksgiving meal and am kinda bummed. I love me a good holiday meal with all the trimmings.... mmm.... stuffing, green bean casserole, sweet potatoe casserole, pumpkin and pecan pie. I think we will try to still have a nice meal somewhere but it won't be the same as hanging with family and stuffing ourselves like pigs and watching Macy's parade and the football games.
~
Here is a bento lunch I did last year and I thought I'd repost the picture of Mr. Turkey. Gobble Gobble!

My kids would love that turkey lunch. :)

Have a smooth move and a safe trip back home. :)

I need to apologise for taking sooooo long to respond to your lovely and helpful blog comment - thank you so much for taking the time!

It sounds like our lives are slightly mirroring one another - I've just had my 12wk scan - number three on the way! Will certainly be checking by here lots to see how you're all getting on! xxxx

I've read your comments over and over on Spontaneous Clapping--thanks for the comment and for letting me know I had won the cookbook! I hadn't gotten to her latest post yet! I'm a Texan too---who's been transplanted to Raleigh, NC---I think that's why I noticed your comments===golonghorns as the sign in name! Thanks again and best wishes on the move!
