Trick or Treat

My kids did not really want to smile they were trying to just get out the door and trick or treat and picture taking was not a priority to them! My daughter insisted on putting a hat on... too bad it did not match. Oh well, her ears were warm at least.

By the way, I found these outfits 2 years ago after Halloween at Marshalls for 75% off and paid 5 bucks for them they were 2.50 each! I tried to get a picture of the kids eating smarties after they got home because I thought it would be funny in a carnivorous way. Smarties are the Canadian version of M&M's made by Nestle.

I haven't really been feeling like fixing food because of morning siskness so the lunches for most of October were pretty pathetic. This is one bento lunch worth highlighting. Mummy dogs, hot dogs wrapped in dough and baked in oven and spider rings for fun. Rest is standard lunch food they eat. I did use magic marker to draw a pumpkin face for son's orange cup as well. I have seen some really great bentos to inspire me for next year!

Hope you had a wonderful Halloween!
