Winner winner chicken dinner!

In order to sew this is how my house looks! Yes that is unfolded laundry on the back of the couch. And yes my daughter pulled her pants off and they are in the middle of the floor. And yes I was too lazy to put my shopping bag away. They got hold of my buttons... and the next thing I knew.....

There was a button city!

I was impressed he dreamed this all up on his own.

Today at lunch my son said "Get ready for the fashion show!" And then my daughter showed up in my hat. I had been debating random generator vs. hat and decided hat it was. It was a sign.

It is hard to get a four year old to cooperate for a photo shoot! He did enjoy helping me cut up paper for the drawing and there are a bunch of scraps all over the office floor right now.

Then he was a pill and wouldn't let me see the winner. I swear this was not rigged!!! I even said a prayer right before the drawing that the prize would be for the right winner.

I was so surprised it was a blogger I have recently gotten to know and who is sweet as pie!

Then before I knew it my son had grabbed another name so I decided to roll with it and spread the love some more! I love giving...it's my Love Language!!! Congratulations Ladies. I'll whip another set up tonight and be getting these in the mail to you soon.

This was so fun I'll be doing it again. After I get my house cleaned up of course! And if you are too impatient to wait for me to get my house cleaned up here is a resource for the patterns to make your own. Coffee cozy she only asks that you do not sell her pattern, that would be bad karma! And I discovered this delightful blogger My Barefoot Farm after we both commented on PW's post the other day about canning and we both had apple butter on the brain at the same time! She had the tissue holder pattern and is a girl after my own heart, making biscotti and green chili burritos and homemade playdough. I would just love to have her over for tea... but she's busy down in the South homeschooling her 6 kids! She even has her own honeybees... if I didn't have aspirations to be PW when I grow up, my next choice would be her. Pop over and say "Hello!" Her blog is a fun read.

Too cute! Glad you're having fun with your cool fabric. Can't wait to make the tissue holders with my girls at church.
